Nick's one-stop-shop approach to training brings everything you need together into an efficient and effective cross-training program for your whole being. These classes are designed to go wide, but also to take you deeper into the practices you are already familiar with. Membership includes:

  • 3 new live one hour classes every week

  • Recordings of each class to watch anytime

  • 20 minute edits of each class replay for when you are short on time

  • Opportunities to ask questions after each class.

  • Access to a community forum of other members

  • 3 unique class styles to suit your goals and needs

Class Style #1

Mondays: Movement & Mobility

Clear chronic pain, stiffness, and stagnation. Improve joint and connective tissue fluidity and stability to perform better and heal/prevent injuries. Rewire your brain for better coordination and proprioception, and enhanced left/right brain connectivity. Practice dynamic Qigong forms like the 5 Animal Frolics, Tai Chi Qigong, and Shaolin Qigong. Wind down with deep relaxation techniques.

Class Style #2

Wednesdays: Strength & Resiliency

Build full body holistic strength and flexibility. Increase bone density, muscle mass, and pro-metabolic hormonal markers. Practice movements from Calisthenics, Shaolin Conditioning, Taoist Yoga, and Functional Training. Wind down with breath-work for nervous system regulation and oxygen efficiency.

Class Style #3

Fridays: Empowerment & Healing

Detoxify stagnant energy and activate your rest and digest nervous system response. Build up life force energy and circulate it smoothly through the body. Heal from chronic illnesses and prevent acute illnesses. Practice healing styles of Qigong, Nei Gong, Zhan Zhuang, Sound Healing, and Tai Chi. Wind down with mindfulness and meditation techniques.

Class Times

Classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during the following times:

  • 9 am | Hawaii

  • 11 am | LA

  • 2 pm | NY

  • 7 pm | UK

  • 6 am | Sydney/Japan (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)

FAQ

  • Will classes be recorded?

    Yes, you will have access to recordings of each class for 4 weeks, as well as 20 minute short versions of each class.

  • Will these classes be too hard for me?

    Nick strives in all his teaching to provide variations and guidance that allow just about everyone to participate. While the intention of this membership is to give people a way to go further in their practice, Nick knows that not everyone will be at the same level on every dimension. So as always, all are welcome and encouraged to participate to the best of their ability.

  • What if Nick can't make a class?

    Due to his travel and teaching schedule, there will be days Nick is unable to teach. On those days, Nick will do his best to arrange a substitute teacher from his roster of certified form coaches. If unavailable, we will post a sample class from one of our other private courses.

  • Can I get a refund if I ask for one?

    We're confident you'll be blown away by how life changing this program is. That said, we won't be able to offer refunds, but you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time if you decide it's not for you.

  • If I use the Early Bird Discount, does it continue to apply after the first billing cycle?

    Yes, you are grandfathered in for life at the discounted rate, for as long as you remain a member.

  • I want do join but cannot afford it. Do you have scholarship opportunities?

    Yes, please email us explaining your circumstances and we will happily consider you for a one year discounted membership. At the end of that year, feel free to reapply if you still need the help.
