Enter the Living Tradition of Taoism

Through Movement, Philosophy, & Meditation

For thousands of years, Taoist sages cultivated harmony with nature through movement, meditation, and internal alchemy. This course brings that tradition alive for modern practitioners, blending physical practice with philosophy, ritual, and lifestyle. Through beautifully filmed lessons and live teachings, you’ll step directly into the current of Taoist wisdom.

Wudang Energy Arts: Qigong, Tai Chi, and Jing Gong

The Crafts of the Famous Mountain Temples

You’ll learn four signature Wudang forms — Wudang Five Animals Qigong, Wudang Eight Brocades, Huo Gu Tao Yin, and Wudang 24-Form Tai Chi — along with internal Jing Gong practices that nurture your kidneys, reproductive vitality, and deep reservoirs of energy. Each form is broken down with detailed instruction, allowing you to learn step by step, no matter your level of experience.

Taoist Longevity and Spirituality

A practical path to integrating Heaven & Earth

Beyond movement, Taoism offers a path of longevity, vitality, and spiritual alignment. You’ll explore Taoist sexology, the art of Gong Fu Tea, Taoist approaches to manifestation and prayer, and readings from the Tao Te Ching. These teachings provide both practical and philosophical tools to integrate Taoism into your daily life.

  • When are the Live Classes?

Live classes will be on Sundays at 7am LA, 10am NY, 3pm UK.

  • Are the practices taught religious?

Taoism has a long history as a philosophical and lifestyle tradition, and a relatively short history as a religion.
