This course brings that tradition alive for modern practitioners, blending physical practice with philosophy, ritual, and lifestyle. Through beautifully filmed lessons and live teachings, you’ll step directly into the current of Taoist wisdom.

Each form is broken down with detailed instruction, allowing you to learn step by step, no matter your level of experience.

  • How long does this course take?

This course is composed of 6 parts. You can really take as long as you like to go through each one. Each part contains one in-depth training session to learn new forms (2 hours), one lecture (30-45 minutes), and a follow along routine for the week (30 - 60 minutes, done as frequently as you wish).

  • Are the practices taught religious?

Taoism has a long history as a philosophical and lifestyle tradition, and a relatively short history as a religion. We will be learning from the older, philosophical tradition, which does not include prayer to spirits or entities, or other practices typically associated with a religion. The philosophical branch of Taoism can be used to enrich your current religious framework, or lack thereof, as well as enriching your mindfulness practice.
