FAQ

  • Will I be certified to teach exercises from this course?

This course is designed to give you the ability to teach the forms taught, as well as practice them properly. That said, for a full foundational knowledge on the art of teaching, consider taking Nick's Level 1 Qigong Teacher Training program.

  • What if I don't want to teach?

The majority of this course will be focused around your personal practice and understanding, so you will still gain a lot from taking it and deepening your practice.

  • Will the Live classes be recorded?

Yes, if you can't make the live calls you can still watch the recordings, submit your questions via email, and log enough hours to get certified.

  • Will this course grant me Level 2 Instructor certification with Nick Loffree Qigong?

Yes, in combination with Nick's 5 Animal Online Course. Both of these courses are 50 hours of training, and together equal the 100 hours needed (on top of the 100 hour Level 1 Teacher Training) to qualify for Level 2. In total, Level 1 & 2 equal 200 hours of training, and this will be displayed on your certificate.

  • Can I get a refund?

If you ask within two weeks of the course start date, you can get a full credit towards a future online program.

  • What if I also want to attend the In-Person Daoyin & Tai Chi Retreat?

Sign up for the In-Person version of this course, and you can access this online version for free!

Nick's Story of Healing

Head Instructor Nick Loffree

Nick is a Qigong teacher and wellness educator whose journey began in the forests near Toronto, where a love for nature and movement sparked a lifelong pursuit of healing. After overcoming early struggles with mental health and chronic illness through meditation, yoga, nutrition, and traditional Chinese medicine, Nick trained extensively with master teachers such as Lee Holden, Robert Peng, and Roger Jahnke. He has since taught Qigong to thousands across the world — from tech retreats and mental health centers to global online audiences — offering practical tools for energy, resilience, and transformation. Now based in Boise, Idaho with his wife and daughter, Nick continues to share the power of embodied practice through retreats, online courses, and his growing community of certified instructors.
