Weekend Self-Healing Retreat

Come stay with us at Asilomar Hotel and Conference Grounds for 3 days of practice, nature, and community.

Training Schedule

We will meet either on the beach (weather permitting) or in a conference room for 2 - 3 hour sessions of Qigong, Daoyin, Mobility, Breathwork, and Meditation, as well as talks on health and healing from the Taoist and Bioenergetic perspective.

  • What type of weather should I plan for?

    November weather in this part of California is typically in the 60s Fahrenheit, with low to moderate chances of rain.

  • Will there be airport shuttle service?

    Yes, Asilomar hotel offers airport shuttles to and from San Jose and San Fransisco airports.

  • Which airport should I fly into?

    San Jose airport would be the closest, but San Fransisco would work as well (about 30 minutes longer drive).

  • What is your refund policy?

    This is a non-refundable retreat.

  • Is food and lodging provided?

    The cost for this retreat is for tuition only. Students will need to make their own hotel reservations, and pay for their own meals. The hotel has their own restaurant and dining area, but we may eat elsewhere in town just for fun if attendees are interested. The hotel offers group rooms as well; If you are trying to save money, you might inquire with us about other retreat goers who may want to share a room (email [email protected])

  • How do I book accommodations?

    Go to www.visitasilomar.com to make your reservations. The first Qigong session will be Friday evening (November 15), the last session will be Sunday morning (November 17).
