You can change how your system meets it.
Most advice about stress assumes the goal is to get rid of it. Quit the job, move to the mountains, avoid the news.
But life doesn’t work that way. Deadlines come, people get sick, and plans fall apart. The question isn’t whether stress will show up. It’s how well your system adapts when it does.
Some people meet pressure and bounce back within hours. Others carry it for weeks, in their sleep, their digestion, their racing thoughts and their tight shoulders. The difference usually isn’t luck. It’s training.
Resilience isn’t built in a single weekend. It’s built the way your body adapts to anything, through small, consistent doses repeated over time. So Adaptive Energy gives you both: the understanding of why stress gets stuck, and a daily practice rhythm that teaches your body and mind to let it move through.
You fall asleep exhausted but wake at 3am with your mind running
Stress goes straight to your gut
You feel wired and tired at the same time
You know you “should” relax, but your body won’t let you
Worry follows you from one thing to the next, even when life is going fine
You're feeling overwhelmed or anxious by world events
You’ve started a daily practice before but couldn’t make it stick
Two live workshops (Sundays, about 2 hours each)
About an hour of teaching and live Q&A, then about an hour of guided qigong, breathwork and meditation.
Twelve daily classes (Monday–Saturday, 40 minutes each)
30 minutes of qigong and 10 minutes of meditation. They’re short enough to fit into a real life and consistent enough to change how you feel. By the end of two weeks, daily practice won’t be something you’re trying to fit in. It’ll be part of your day.
Classes are at the same time each day. If you can't make it, recordings will be posted each day. All students get lifetime access to the class recordings.
