Schedule

Checkin is at 4pm on July 7, 2025. Checkout is 11am on July 12, 2025. There will be one practice session the first evening, and one the last morning. Full days will have approximately the following schedule:

  • 7am | Breakfast

  • 9am | Qigong - Resilience

  • Noon | Lunch & Break (Hike, Pool, Etc)

  • 3pm | Qigong - Mobility

  • 5pm | Dinner

  • 7pm | Qigong - Healing

& Important Information

  • Where is the retreat located?

    The course will be held at Ojas Retreat Center, in Murrieta, California (about an hour south of Los Angeles. The closest airports are in Ontario and San Diego, but LAX will have the most flight options. There are airport shuttles available that we can send you info on.

  • What weather should I prepare for?

    The Mediterranean climate here makes the air quite dry in the summers. This leads to hot days, but cool temperatures in the shade or at night. Bring sun protection, layers for mornings/evenings, and a swimsuit!

  • Can I get a refund?

    We won't be offering any refunds, but you are welcome to a credit to a future program if requested before the retreat start date.

Head Instructor Nick Loffree

Nick is a Qigong teacher and wellness educator whose journey began in the forests near Toronto, where a love for nature and movement sparked a lifelong pursuit of healing. After overcoming early struggles with mental health and chronic illness through meditation, yoga, nutrition, and traditional Chinese medicine, Nick trained extensively with master teachers such as Lee Holden, Robert Peng, and Roger Jahnke. He has since taught Qigong to thousands across the world — from tech retreats and mental health centers to global online audiences — offering practical tools for energy, resilience, and transformation. Now based in Boise, Idaho with his wife and daughter, Nick continues to share the power of embodied practice through retreats, online courses, and his growing community of certified instructors.
